NSW Officers in formation
Our Story

From a small Hubli office to a Karnataka-wide force.

National Security Wing was founded in 2014 in Hubballi with a single, uncompromising idea: that private security in India deserves the same standards of training, dignity, and accountability we extend to our public services. We watched too many institutions settle for under-trained guards, casual oversight, and absent contractors โ€” and we decided to build the alternative.

In our first year, we operated from a single floor with a handful of officers and one armoured client site. Today, NSW protects more than 120 active sites across Karnataka, employs over 850 officers and support staff, and operates a 24ร—7 control centre that monitors deployment, attendance, and incident response in real time.

Our growth has never been driven by the lowest bid. It has been earned through retention. The institutions that signed with us in our early years โ€” government departments, hospitals, premier schools โ€” remain our clients today because we deliver what we promised on the day we walked into their boardroom.

Our Compass

Vision & Mission

A clear vision keeps us honest. A clear mission keeps us moving. These statements are not framed in our office for show โ€” they are the criteria against which we measure every contract, every recruit, and every operational decision.

Our Vision

To be recognised as Karnataka's most trusted private security organisation โ€” an institution where every officer is professionally trained, every client is genuinely protected, and every contract is delivered to a standard that earns its renewal.

We aim to lift the entire industry by example. When clients move from us to another agency, we want their bar to be permanently raised.

Our Mission

To deliver disciplined, statutorily compliant, and operationally accountable security and facility services across India โ€” with a workforce that is fairly compensated, properly trained, and deeply committed to the institutions it protects.

We measure our success in incidents prevented, contracts retained, and officers retained โ€” in that order.

What We Stand For

Five values, no exceptions.

Every recruit hears these on day one. Every supervisor is reviewed against them. Every breach of them โ€” by us or by any officer โ€” is treated as a non-negotiable matter.

VALUE 01

Integrity

An officer of NSW does not steal, does not lie, does not look away. We hire for character first; skill is taught.

VALUE 02

Discipline

Punctual reporting, correct uniform, alert posture, respectful conduct. Discipline is the visible signature of our brand.

VALUE 03

Accountability

Every site has a named supervisor. Every incident has an entry. Every report carries a signature. There are no anonymous mistakes at NSW.

VALUE 04

Vigilance

Security is not a chair you sit on; it is a state of awareness. Our officers patrol, observe, and report โ€” they do not merely occupy a post.

VALUE 05

Welfare

A guard who is paid late, fed poorly, or treated badly cannot protect anyone. We invest in our people because they are the entire service.

Leadership

Led by professionals, not promoters.

Our leadership team brings together backgrounds in defence, law enforcement, hospitality operations, and corporate management โ€” disciplines that combine into a single, coherent operational philosophy.

Founder & Director

Our founding director leads strategy, statutory compliance, and key client relationships. Hubli-born and operating from the city since the company's inception, his door remains open to every supervisor and every client.

Operations Head

The Operations Head oversees deployment, supervisor rotations, and incident response across all active sites. With a background in defence services, he brings a parade-ground precision to civilian security.

Training Director

Our Training Director designs and delivers the NSW induction curriculum, refresher modules, and site-specific drills. Every officer who joins the field has been signed off personally by his department.

Compliance Officer

Statutory cover is non-negotiable at NSW. Our Compliance Officer handles PSARA, ESIC, PF, labour department audits, and ensures every officer's documentation is current โ€” protecting our clients from third-party liability.

Authorisations

Certifications that mean something.

Every certification on our wall represents an audit we passed, a process we documented, and an obligation we accepted. They are not decorative โ€” they are the legal and operational foundation of our service.

PSARA License (Karnataka)

The Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005, is the statutory law governing every legitimate security agency in India. Operating without PSARA is illegal โ€” yet many agencies do, exposing their clients to penalties and contract cancellation. NSW operates under a current PSARA license issued by the Government of Karnataka, which we renew on time, every cycle, without exception.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management

Our quality management system is independently audited and certified to ISO 9001:2015 โ€” the international standard for documented, repeatable, and continually improved business processes. From recruitment to deployment, supervision, payroll, and grievance handling, every workflow is documented and reviewed annually.

ESIC & PF Compliance

Every NSW officer is registered under the Employees' State Insurance Corporation and Provident Fund schemes from the day of joining. This is not a courtesy โ€” it is a legal obligation that many agencies quietly skip. When we deploy on your premises, your principal-employer liability is fully covered.

Labour Department Registration

Our agency is registered with the Karnataka State Labour Department, and we maintain the wage records, muster rolls, and payment registers required under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.

NSDC Skill Certification

Our training programmes are aligned with the National Skill Development Corporation's Security Sector Skill Council frameworks โ€” ensuring our officers meet the national qualification standards for the role they perform.

Training Philosophy

A guard is made on the parade ground, not on the gate.

No officer is deployed at NSW until they have completed our structured induction programme. The curriculum is built around four pillars: physical readiness, regulatory awareness, communication discipline, and emergency response.

Beyond induction, every officer is enrolled in periodic refresher drills โ€” fire evacuation, first aid, conflict de-escalation, and visitor management. Site-specific training is added before any new deployment, ensuring our officers know your floor plan, your protocols, and your escalation chain on the day they report.

Training is not an expense at NSW. It is the product. When you sign with us, you are not buying a body in a uniform โ€” you are receiving a professional whose preparation we vouch for, in writing.
