Every certification we hold is current, independently issued, and available for inspection. Compliance is not a marketing line at NSW โ it is the legal foundation of the service we deliver.
When a security agency operates without PSARA, ESIC, or PF compliance, the principal employer โ that is you, the client โ becomes liable for the agency's lapses. Penalties, contract cancellations, and labour-court actions all land on your books. NSW's certifications protect us. They protect you more.
The Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 (PSARA) is the statutory law that governs every legitimate private security agency operating in India. The Act is administered at the state level โ in Karnataka, the controlling authority is the Office of the Director General and Inspector General of Police, Karnataka State.
Operating without PSARA is a criminal offence under the Act. Any client engaging an unlicensed agency is also exposed โ both to penalties and to the cancellation of their contract under government and listed-company purchase policies. NSW's PSARA license is current, renewed on schedule, and a copy is shared with every client at contract signing.
If your existing agency cannot produce a current PSARA licence on demand, you do not have a security partner. You have a liability.
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems, issued by the International Organization for Standardization. Certification is granted only after independent third-party audit of an organisation's documented processes, evidence of consistent application, and demonstrated commitment to continual improvement.
The certification is renewed annually through a surveillance audit and re-issued every three years. NSW's ISO certification is currently valid and the certificate number is available on request.
The Employees' State Insurance Corporation and the Employees' Provident Fund are statutory social-security frameworks for India's workforce. Every employer with more than the prescribed minimum strength is required to register and contribute on behalf of every eligible employee.
This is the area where most low-cost agencies cut corners โ and where their clients eventually pay for it. NSW's compliance challans for the previous twelve months are available for inspection by any prospective client during due diligence.
Under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, every contractor supplying labour to a principal employer must be registered with the appropriate state labour authority. Our registration with the Karnataka State Labour Department covers our agency for all contract-labour deployments across the state.
These records are open to inspection by any labour inspector and by you, our client. They are also the documentation that lets you sleep at night knowing your contract-labour engagement complies with central and state law.
The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), through its Security Sector Skill Council, defines the national qualification framework for private security personnel in India. Our training curriculum is mapped to the SSSC's Qualification Packs for Unarmed Security Guard, Supervisor, and related roles.
Alignment with the NSDC framework reflects our commitment to professionalising private security as a recognised vocation โ not a casual gig.
Considering any private security agency for a contract? Before you sign, request the following documents. Any agency that hesitates to share them should be excluded from your shortlist.
Every document on this list is part of NSW's standard onboarding pack. We provide them before you ask. That is the difference between a compliant agency and a compliant claim.
